Shipping information
All our products are specially made, and domestic orders are typically shipped within 10–15 working days from the date of order confirmation. Certain items from the “New Arrivals” section may take up to 15 days for dispatch but are sent via express courier to ensure faster delivery.
For international orders, shipping usually takes approximately 15–20 working days.
Standard transportation across India is free.
For deliveries inside India, all taxes and duties are involved for the cost of the product listed on the website.
Although we use some of India's biggest logistics organizations for transportation, we are bound in inclusion by their range. If your location is in an area not served by them, we would get in touch with you to put forth a valiant effort to find an alternative solution to make your order reach you.
Please note - During festivals, unfavorable climate conditions, or political emergencies, your shipment could get further delayed. We guarantee you that we will make an honest effort to have your package conveyed to you in a decent time or probably will be notified.
We don't transport to V.P.O (Village Post Office) addresses.
